We are on our on way home. I am typing this as we are leaving Pongola and have zero visibility on the screen. So if it makes no sense just smile and wave. Do not point and laugh
I can totally see why people love Sodwana so much. There is nothing. No mall, shops, cafe. Niks. just relaxation. I could have stayed there for weeks. I sat on the beach last night and thought how easily I could become a bum. Just sit there and watch the sea all day long. No worries. Catch fish and sleep in a little tent. Then I heard my kids ask for food and I was ripped back to reality
Yesterday was the perfect day on the beach. The boys and I swam and body surfed till we could no more. Zander had a lot of fun pulling his little car behind him and he too got rolled by the sea once or twice.
We seriously considered staying another day but the mom in me decided that the kids need to get back to school.but we do have to go home and face reality.

Darn, I’m so dissapointed with myself for not meeting up with you while you were here.
So glad you had good family time.

Face reality? Oh, do I have to?!
We’re heading to a place like that this summer. It’s a semi-isolated beach along the Pacific coast in Washington state. No TV, no grocery stores, no McDonald’s, no Internet. Nothing to do but play, relax, clear my mind. I can’t wait!

Noah…reality is over rated. We had the same problem coming home from vacation on Sunday. I didn’t want to send Noah back to school.
