Super Mom

I’m a billionaire!!!!!!!!!

Twenty Five Billion Dollars. Mine. All mine.

What a pity it’s Zimbabwe dollars….
and I can only buy one bread with it….
and to have this much money in my hands, I would have to go to the bank three times!

25 Billion Dollars. Billion! Currently in Zim, you can only withdraw 10 Billion per day. So to buy one bread, you will have to go to the bank three times.

AND you must spend this money before 31 December. Cause that’s when it expires.

  1. AND they’ve just run out of PAPER to print money on, so eventually Moo-gabe will be unable to ‘just print more’ for himself. Hah. Can’t wait to see this guy out of power. I wonder if they’ll have to drag him from his ‘palace’ kicking and screaming like a toddler throwing a tantrum?

  2. Isn’t that interesting!? A billion seems like an unfathomable number until I read your words.

Wow, to be a billionaire and be POOR. Strange. Hopefully they adopt some other sort of monitary paper. LOL

  4. Oh my gracious! That is insane! And horribly sad. 😦 Here we are in the US whining that gasoline is $4.00+ a gallon but someone must be a MULTI-BILLIONAIRE to buy bread in Zimbabwe. That’s just insane.

  6. You have to wonder how on earth the average Zimbabwean is surviving? It is the saddest thing! I wonder how long it is going to take before Mugabe is finally gotten rid of!

  8. I totally agree with Wenchy … doesn’t look real at all. Wonder how long this situation will still go on and what will the end of it really be??? 😦
