Ag shame

Zander loves his little blue bicycle.  Soos in baie.  Our home is a part of his little high-way around our house.

Today it rained…a lot and when we got home, his little blue bicycle was soaked.  He left it outside (it normally sleeps in his room!!) and as we drove into our driveway, he saw his little – now wet – blue bicycle.

He cried!!! He cried because his bicycle was wet!?  The more I told him, it’s not a permanent problem, that I can fix it quickly, the more he cried.

I figured that if he helped me, he would calm down and realize it’s just a wet bicycle.

But no….the tears wouldn’t stop.

It took lots of cuddling, milo and popcorn before he turned into a happy little guy again.
